A Quick Note On ‘Creation’ And European-Preservationism

A Quick Note On ‘Creation’ And European-Preservationism
June 6, 2016 Admin

I am continually amazed at the level of creation within the Identitarian/Alt-Right/Preservationist movement.

Last week we published Uncuck The Right’s video “We Didn’t Start The Movement”, which was created for and shown at the American Rennaiscance 2016 conference. I have watched it about thirty times since then, and every time I do I marvel at the beauty of it. It is immensely catchy, and- without getting too dramatic- I believe it reflects the radiancy and sacrality found within the issues we are fighting for. So too do the works of Les Brigandes, Leo Yankevich, and so many others amongst us. Such deep emotional currents are the beams which support the weight of revolutionary movements and catapult them to victory.

They are also immensely important to me on a personal level. To use a term that Justin Garcia of “The Pressure Podcast” often uses, I get “power” from watching such videos.

I believe this is a component of great significance for us. It is also something talked about in one of my favorite books: “Play It Away” by Charlie Hoehn. I write about Hoehn’s book in Fistfights too. In it he describes his horrible battle with anxiety, which effectively crippled him at one point and left him suicidal and paralyzed with fear/anxiety. He tried countless remedies, from Yoga to prescription drugs and dozens of things in between. The cure he finally found however was something simple and beautiful, which was that by taking time each day to create and to ‘play’, he could make the anxiety disappear.

Tolkien too, wrote about this. One of his greatest quotes goes thus:

“We have come from God, and inevitably the myths woven by us, though they contain error, will also reflect a splintered fragment of the true light, the eternal truth that is with God. Indeed only by myth-making, only by becoming ‘sub-creator’ and inventing stories, can Man aspire to the state of perfection that he knew before the Fall.”

It is these quotes which lead me to feel that the intense level of creation with our movement is of great significance. With that being the case I long with excitement to see all the additional art that is created, and beseech each and every person who longs to see our lands set free, to create what they can, and aid in the awakening of our people.
