Turkey’s Threat To Unleash 2 Million Migrants On Europe Adds To Possibility Of Turbulent Year
February 12, 2016 Admin

Turkey has threatened to let millions of migrants, many refugees from Syria, into Europe if the European Union will not increase the amount of money it is giving Turkey.

From The Telegraph:

Turkey is prepared to “open the gates” and allow hundreds of thousands of refugees on its soil into Europe, the country’s president threatened on Thursday, as he denounced the West’s ‘shameful’ contribution to the crisis.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan goaded EU leaders, saying they had not delivered the €3 billion (£2.3 billion) in aid his government was promised in exchange for halting the tide of refugees.

In a combative address in Ankara, he said the Turkish government was being taken for “idiots” by Brussels and insisted he was “proud” of leak minutes of a high-level meeting with EU leaders, in which he had threatened to flood Europe with refugees.

It came as Nato deployed a taskforce of battleships to the Greek coast to collect intelligence and, for the first time, return any stranded refugee vessels they intercept directly back Turkey. Royal Navy vessels could join the force, the Defence Secretary indicated.

Turkey is struggling to cope with more than 2.5 million refugees on its soil.

Under a now unravelling “dirty deal” organised by the European Union’s leadership and backed by the British government, Mr Erdogan was to be offered €3 billion in aid, in exchange for halting the flow of boats.

Turkey would enact stringent border controls on the west coast in exchange for allowing Turkish citizens to visit EU member states later this year without visa restrictions.

But the cash has been delayed by wrangling among European leaders, and several thousand migrants a day still make the short crossing over the Aegean.

“I am proud of what I said. We have defended the rights of Turkey and the refugees. And we told them: ‘Sorry, we will open the doors and say ‘goodbye’ to the migrants’,” Mr Erdogan said.

He claimed the UN has spent less than half a billion dollars in the crisis, and demanded more countries take in migrants, adding: “Shame on you! Shame on you!”

As the situation progresses over the course of this spring and summer, and as increasingly warm weather brings what could likely be even more massive numbers of migrants to Europe, the situation with Turkey seems to be one more log poised to stoke what could be a massive fire.

Beyond just the 1-2 million-plus Muslim migrants that could reach the EU in 2016, and the massive amount of family reunification immigration which will thus result, it is the very serious sense of anarchy that could prove to be momentous for the continent this year.

If Europeans begin to feel that their governments have finally and completely lost any semblance of control on the migrant crisis, it could bring about increasing native European 4th Generation Warfare, of the kind we have been seeing in recent weeks, only on a much magnified scale.

Hey Laguna Beach- I think you are quite right.

I enjoyed your comment on the other article talking about the Greek Volunteer Guard. If you have any links to that please send them to me through the contact page!

I agree completely with your belief that European-American volunteer forces will one day fight in Europe. Like you, I could not live with myself if I did not join such a cause, and merely sat by while our relatives are raped and killed.

Such a development seems not just logical but is also born out through history, in which most civilizational or ethnic or religious conflicts have seen such phenomena.

The Balkan Wars are a fascinating piece of modern history, and (as we already spoke of) very relevant for modern Europe. Another goal I have for this website in the short to medium term is to begin interviewing some experts on the Balkan Wars and on Lebanon, and gleaming insights through doing so regarding what the future of Western Europe will hold.

I agree, neither could I just by here as our women are abducted and raped, as our holy land gets invaded by foreigners, or the traitors among us go free.

This all must stop and it is a cause I would gladly give myself to.

I long for the day when I can utterly divorce myself from this degenerate baby boomer culture and all its subhuman values of prosperity, comfort, ease, and total cowardice. This way of life has zero honor and the day it dies will be a happy day for our people. May we never again repeat the mistake of Protestant-inspired materialism and all the vile vices it contained.

From the above article it appears that Turkey are holding a gun to the European leaders. If they fail to provide Turkey with the money they demand and give free access to Turkish people into Europe, then they will again flood Europe with large numbers of Arab and African migrants.
This demand comes from a so called NATO allie and political friend of the West.

Yes, and the Europeans certainly handed that gun to them by my estimation, through porous borders, mass welcomes to refugees, and a borderless interior where once your in, you can range free. But yeah I also heed your statement that Turkey is no friend to Europe, and agree with you wholeheartedly.

Thanks again for your interest in the site by the way! Great comments!
